I've been seeing new auction sites pop up that fly in the face of evil-bay, and the people who have the best software for the submitting last second bids. The way these new auctions work is that the last bidder opens up the bidding window an extra 30 minutes.

I thought about buying a 944 Turbo in British Columbia and registering it in Oregon. It looked like a lot of paperwork so I gave up. I hear it is much easier the other way around.
