Jay,
I live in Upper Bucks County and I can make some time to give you some help. As the date approaches and you just need some physical labor I would be willing to help with that. I did not make the last event in Newtown nor have I been to Hershey for a couple of years but I would very much like to get to Newtown this year and the best way may be to help. Let me know.

Jay,
You can let me know what help you want here or I can give you my contact info. I do not know if it is poor etiquette to post contact info here.

not necessarily poor etiquette, but not terribly safe from those outside scanning the site who would then use it as you might not intend

it's great seeing people jumping in to help - this is going to be a great event

I have a number of things in the works. Obviosly I don't want to show my hand until the plans are all in place.

Roughly,

wine and cheese reception on Friday night, casual dinner
Activities to be named later on Saturday during the day
Banquet on Saturday evening
Fun Run and Picnic on Sunday Morning/Afternoon

Yes, this is VERY near to Yardley (less than 5 miles).

Flash - I'm calling a violation on you. Yugo and "full on" are not to used in the same phrase. :D

I'm getting this in my schedule and will try to make it work.

Hello Everyone :) ,

I have been waiting for Detail Day and the Paso Run to get sorted out before broadcasting more information about the Newtown Gathering...you will see a lot more in the next couple of weeks.

First of all:

I AM RELYING ON A CERTAIN NUMBER OF ROOMS IN ORDER FOR THEM TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL AMMENTITIES (CONFERENCE ROOMS, ETC.)

If you are coming, please don't wait until the last minute.

I have chosen the menu for Patagonia (Saturday night dinner) and will be posting ther muenu for your dinner selections a bit later. Dinner will be $45.00 per person, all inclusive (except alcohol of course)

Looking forward to seeing all of you the weekend of May 20-22

Jay
