I have finally managed to track down a supplier for CRC's MAF cleaner (It is sold as CRC Air sensor cleaner in Europe). But here's the downside...I can only order it per box of 12 cannisters. The cost per cannister is 7,73 Euro.

Since we are all getting together, and we could probably all gain some HP from cleaning the MAFs, I was wondering who would be interrested in a cannister, because I don't think I need 12 huh.gif

7,73 for a performance upgrade sounds like a bargain to me! send me a PM if you're interrested.

I like Frank's idea as well. Nice looking place you have there Frank, wub.gif

So this is the final date:

Saterday September 26th from 15:00 @ Frank's place in Wijk en Aalburg.

Frank, I think you should give the go ahead to invite other 968 owners from the Dutch PF. I think we should just state that there is only space for a limited amount of people and first come first served.

I have managed to arrange for a baby sitter so I will also be of daddy duty for the afternoon wink.gif

Too bad it's the 26th and not the 20th. I'm visiting Gilze right now from Colorado, and noticed this post. Will be heading back up to Amsterdam on the 20th, and flying out the next morning.

You're invited for a coffee, a beer or whatever next Saterday ; it's a 40 minutes drive from Gilze only ..... We'll be there all day ( working on the timing belt and cam shafts replacement of the 968 ) so feel free to come by ....

Regards, Frank

Thanks for the offer, but I'm working in Gilze until around mid-day on Sunday, unfortunately (assuming things go well).

Next time, I'll try to find time to post a note before I get here. It's been insanely busy for me lately, unfortunately.

That is just AWESOME!

Thanks for posting pics and happy that 968Forums could be a part of bringing this all together. We are proving every day (or at least most weekends rolleyes.gif ) that you can bring technical forums and social networking together.

Next time you need to video cast !

Regards,

Jay

extremely cool

i attribute the sudden increase in activity of the dutch members to the recent incident with my iphone where i updated the software and suddenly it was all in dutch - that's my story and i'm sticking to it - lol

seriously though - it would be cool to do the webcast thing from events all over the globe - it was pretty easy to hook it up on the bi-coastal detail day, and a whole lot of fun

Sounds like a plan! Next time we will get it set up. I think we should do this at least once a year, we all thought that we should be able to get a couple more 968s together next time. This time we had around 20 cars.

The word was spread about the 968 forums, so I think there should be a couple of new members subscriptions after the meeting.
