Hi there, ive just had a billys boats exhaust shipped over from the states but wont have time to fit it for a while and i was wondering what they sound like as im hoping its not too loud !!!Up for sale is my B&B Exhaust.
I bought my 1995 968 with the B&B exhaust already installed. However, I also got the original exhaust with the car. I have since removed the B&B and re-installed the original exhaust.
So here's the good part, my 1995 968 only has 2,735 miles on it. I talked with the owner and he stated that the B&B exhaust has less than 300 miles on it. Also, the car has never been driven in the rain or through a puddle. As such, the exhaust is very clean.
Here are some pictures while it was still on the car:
The price is $750 + box/shipping/insurance.
You can reach me from 9:00 - 8:00 PST at 858/775-3932

with the resonator, it's loud, but not too loud, still a touch ricey and droney for my tastes, but not too bad (rice and droney? sounds like something else - lol)
without the resonator, i really don't like the level, or the tone - maybe i'm just getting old though

I didnt get the resonator ,You got it spot on with "droney" this is the word i was looking for, theres nothing worse than a long run on the motorway with the exhaust droning all the way and i dont like the radio on to muffle the sound either as i like to here what the engine is doing !!!did you get the one with or without the resonator?

I will see once its fitted as im in the process of converting the car to a road legal track car as i dont have a trailer to transport it to events. lus making it road legal will make an interesting weekend toy !!!since you already have it, if you wanted to keep it, you could just add a resonator

I'm surprised that more enthusiasts haven't caught on to our little secret!
Thanks guys (and hopefully girls!),

Oh so true, but as we let our friend's drive our cars they become hooked and realize the great value of the 968. I suspect that this boards growth will speed up as the price of the 68 drops. IMO this car should go for 22K. Whats in our favor is that these cars are in limited numbers, so if the demand out paces the supply we should see a correction in price that better reflects the cars true worth.

Pazzer,
A fellow 968er bought the B&B exhaust. However, I do have a couple of other items to tempt you with!!!!
1. My Tech Art front splitter is available for $1,250:

2. A set of Genuine Porsche MAGNESIUM Wheels finished in Speed Yellow with Genuine Porsche Center Caps at $5,800:

3. A set of new Genuine Porsche 18" 3-Piece Wheels with polished centers (like these) for $6,250:

4. A set of Genuine Porsche CS Seats with Speed Yellow seat backs for $5,250:

I also have two sets of Genuine RUF 18" wheels (8.5" fronts & 9.5" rears), plus one spare rear 18x9.5 wheel, for $5,000 per set.
I know a lot of you will feel the need to tell me about deals you've struck, seen or heard of, for similar items at lower prices.
HOWEVER, please refrain from "enlightening me" of such items, sales, stories and/or opinions.
As such, only PM me if you're actually interested in the items at the listed prices and have the ability to buy the items in the near future.
Thanks,
Porsche
