some of us are going to hook up in long beach this sunday feb 6 at 7am for this event - come join us

there will be a 968 rendezvous at the chevron station a few yards south of the 405 at the lakewood exit in long beach (very near the holiday inn) - rendezvous time is 6:30 - we will depart there at 6:50 in a line to arrive at the show

Pix are up in the gallery. Only took a few. We were getting rained on a good part of the time and photos wern't the first priority.

it was still a good time - just now getting the oil smell out of my mind though from all those 911s - loved that 550

kamran, who found this thing for us, showed up over an hour and a half late (hate when you set the alarm for pm instead of am)

the rain was just enough the second time to losen the dirt from the fisrt one, so a quick hosing at home and not water spots on the new paint

Flash, the front end of you car looks great. Nice use of Greimann's grills. Did you delete the front tow-hook mount? Also, in these photos you can clearly see the color match of your new seats. Way cool, dude.

Actually I was a bit disappointed in them. I had some problems with the flash Flash and the composition was off. Oh well, I'll get the hang of it before the next photog assignment.

duckman - thanks - yeah - went away with the dumb 5mph bumper (that was good for 16lbs off the front end) - will be adding a new frame mounted hook for track days

dave - no worries - i'll see what i can do about giving you lots of opportunities

Sorry I missed the show. I was planning on meeting you guys in the morning but was out pretty late the night before and didn't wake up till close to noon. Hopefully me and my car will be up for it nex time.
