I saw this red 87 924 for sale yesterday at the Barrett-Jackson

auction.

Nothing special about the car.  Low miles looked good.  It sold

for about $6700.  That seems to me about right.

It just seems odd that someone would sell this car at auction.  Given

the fees associated with auctions.

This is no reserve.  It could have sold for $1000 or less.  The seller

had some guts.

Very odd sale. Seller was probably just getting rid of it and being there at the auction to watch just for fun. Was it just a regular 924 with low miles?

I would not add a 924 to that auction unless it was a 1988  924 Carrera GT
