Hey guys it's been a long time!!! I hope all is well, it looks like Bob is really taking care of the site! Everything looks fantastic!!! I am trying to sell my 2003 E55 President's edition. If you or you know someone who is interested please contact me. This car is an absolute blast to drive. If you want a Torque monster this is it!!! Almost 600HP too! I am asking NADA trade in value for it. That does not take into consideration how rare the car is nor the mods that I installed. As soon as snow hits the car will be grounded for the winter. I want to get something new in the spring and my lease is up on my Denali so it's time to sell. These cars have bottomed out. Because of the economy there is a great chance that the prices may go up. Anyway thanks for looking!

I would take $32K right now with all mods included. I listed it on Ebay with a $29,900 opening bid. I do have buyers for the aftermarket exhaust, Bluetooth puck, Sprint Booster and steering wheel. I would sell the car at $29K excluding those mods.

Here is my add post on the MB forums:

My E55 is one (1) of seven (7) President's edition E55's built exclusively for MB North America by AMG. If you had a dream to one day find and own a rare President's edition E55 then this is the car for you. My lease is up on my Winter vehicle and I would like to get back into a P-Car next spring. The sale would be through a local dealer so that I can use the car as a trade in it also protects all parties.

The car is being sold with ALL of the after market parts installed see below. This E55 is a very rare car that is stunning in person the pictures do not do it justice. It looks and sounds incredible not your everyday "E" Class by any means. I think the overall sound is quite mild compared to other cars I've owened. The car is in excellent condition and runs as it was designed to. The batteries in the tire pressure sensors are running low and need replaced but they still read the psi on the dash. The tires are too new to and I have not had motivation to pull them off to swap them out. The only paint flaws on the car are 1. The rear two wheels have a small area of curb rash. The front two wheels were replaced recently and brand new. 2. small area on the rear bumper where the paint splintered while parallel parking. 3. A small number of rock pits on the hood no less than normal. Lit Door sill on passenger side has a bulb(s) going out. I have not taken the car in to have them replaced. Other than that area the car looks and drives like new. It was very well taken care of and pampered. The interior smells rich and new, never smoked in. It has a showroom finish never driven in the snow. It looks amazing in person the pictures do not do the car justice. This E55 is like no other E55 I have ever seen. This car is an attention getter. I bought the tires about a year ago so they have about 8K miles on them. The tread is still pretty deep. I take very good care of my cars. You will be very happy with this transaction if you decide to buy the car. MSRP on this car in 2003 was over $100,000.

Over the past 18 months of ownership I've had two oil changes, the PS strut replaced, the front bumper replaced and painted (I cracked the lip of the bumper when I scraped over a concrete parking space barrier the dealer did match the paint perfectly), and the xenon bulbs replaced. Other than those few parts, the car has operated very well without any problems.

If you're serious we can talk in more detail about the car. If you are unaware of the president's edition do a search there is a ton of great info on the MBWORLD web forum. I'm not looking for low ball offers as the opening bid puts this rare car at an unbelievable price.

FYI NADA CLEAN TRADE IN $30,150.00 NADA does not look at the option list other than NAV, My car is loaded with expensive options.

President's Edition: There were only 7 US cars created for MBNA Executives by AMG. It was a $10,500 option (Carbon fiber interior ($12,000 if you were to byt these parts from the dealer for replacement) , Navigation, AMG lit door sills, 2pc wheels, etc) amongst all of the other options available in 03'. (Distronic, phone, voice control, etc.) These cars were only built with Tecite paint.
