Effective at noon today, 968Forums.com has entered into an agreement to place ownership and management of the website and related business to a new entity. Subject to due diligence, execution of corporate and partnership agreements, formal transfer will occur no later than May 1, 2017.
All parties to this agreement are under non-disclosure agreements and no further statements regarding the formation and structure of the new entity are available at this time.
968Forums will maintain the core values that have been established and maintained throughout its long history, and remains committed to serving the technical and social relationship values that have made 968Forums.com a worldwide resource.
