Cast iron block? 350HP? Why spend the time/$$$ on a project like this unless the result is more impressive horespower to weight numbers? This probably isn't much better than stock 968 in that respect, and probably handles poorly as a bonus. Just my 2.5 cents......................... <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/glare.gif" class="smilie" alt="" />

Nearly 50% more HP would over a stock 968 would be awesome.
My SC car at 300-310fwhp is *a lot* faster than stock, 50 more HP on top of that would be a revelation. To maintain a similar to stock power to weight ratio you would need to add trailered fishing boat.

Whenever I see these for sale I always wonder about maintaining it. Does it become a nightmare, or is it easier to get parts and make repairs. Obviously, lots of time, effort, and money went into it. That's respectable. But does it/can it really run right? Even as I am questioning it, I am thinking that I would love to drive it.
