A very custom 951, it has ITB's with a carbon fiber intake, and I believe is bored to 3.4. It also has the alternator moved to the back running off the transmission.

I believe that would be this car..
The red 968 above has 993 headlights. Looks like a decent install.
I hadn't even noticed that, the enigne drew most my attention. Attached is a blowup of the headlight from the high res photo..

Very interesting location for the alternator. That could be part of the solution for a Supercharger with AC.
I was thinking that same thing, just as long as you don't idle in traffic to much...

Could probably modify the stock Alt. cooling duct to scope up air while driving.

The problem is you not moving the transmission isn't turning thus the alternator isn't spinning..

I love the LS2968 conversion and the headlights really add a lot to me. Anyone know how to get in touch with the owner? Would like to know more about this conversion. Bob Blackwell.
It was actually a shop that brought it, their cards are sitting on top of the intake manifold in that pic.

Mike said only one person at the reunion noticed the conversion---I think that must have been bandit...so I think that makes a statement on how well intergrated they are! My car is scheduled to be done in 2 weeks

I like them too, where are you having the work done? Care to share the price? Thanks, and good luck, Bob Blackwell.
German Performance, the owner of the car pictured is going to do the install. The bodywork will cost about $800. I suspect the whole thing with the lights will be under $1500. Kind of expensive, but I can't think of another exterior mod that will tastefully set my car appart, be functional and save weight.

Take that $1500 and subtract the cost of the replacment lights and motors that you will enventually need and it might not feel so bad...German Performance, the owner of the car pictured is going to do the install.
